Seniors- Monday & Wednesday 2:30-6:00pm, Tuesday &Thursday 2:30-4:45, Friday 2:30-4:15

Pre Seniors- Monday & Wednesday 2:30-6:00pm Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 2:30-4:15

Blue Group Monday-Thursday 4:45-6:00pm, Friday 2:30-4:15

White- Monday & Wednesday 4:30-6:00pm, Friday 4:15-5:30

Silver- Tuesday & Thursday 4:45-6:00

Bronze A- Tuesday & Thursday 4:15-5:15pm (Assigned by coaches based on skill)

Bronze B- Monday & Wednesday 4:15-5:15pm (Assigned by coaches based on skill)

Dippin Dolfins Tuesday & Thursday 5:15-6:00pm (7 and under swimmer group)

School session days are based on Douglas County public school schedules only (excluding Zephyr Cove Elementary).  There is usually no practice on meet days, or on meet travel days – check with a coach.  No practices on Christmas Day.  All other public holidays follow the schedule published in the weekly Podcast.

 Douglas County school buses stop next to the Swim Center each afternoon. Many of our swimmers ride the bus directly to practices. To arrange this for your child, first contact the school district’s Transportation Department (782-5194) and ask which bus route from your child’s school makes this stop. Then provide a note to the school and bus driver allowing your child to ride that route on their practice days
