NOTICE: The following information applies to DDST's 2009 Summer Swim Team Program, and is subject to change for 2010.

2009 Summer Program Information

June 8th (Monday, 3:30-4:30 pm) - Summer Program tryouts and practices begin. Contact Coach Kat for more information!

The 2009 DDST Summer Swim Team Program runs for 9 weeks, from June 8th to August 6th. Participants are also invited to join in the Dolfins' Fun Week August 10-14 (additional costs may apply).

Flat fee of $200 includes:

• Seasonal USA Swimming registration and insurance (registration form here)
  (NOTE: if already registered year-round for 2009, fee is reduced to $167)
• Team fees
• Team swim cap
• Team T-shirt
• Four fun 1-hour afternoon practices weekly, Monday-Thursday 3:30-4:30.
• Three home twilight practice meets in July

Additional Benefits:

• Improve swimming skills and confidence
• Make new friends
• Competition meets in Bishop (June 26-28), Tahoe (July 24-26), and Minden (August 7-9) (additional entry fees apply)
• Fun Week after August Championship Meet, including a team trip to Wild Island in Sparks (costs not included)

Additional optional costs:

• Travel expenses and entry fees for away meets, August 7-9 championships, and Fun Week activities

All Swimmers must have 1-piece swim suits, and goggles (for sale at CVSC).  Girls must wear caps (included in cost).
