NOTE: these bylaws are currently out of date with respect to Article XIII, Dates Fees & Other Regular Changes. Proposed revisions to the bylaws are currently being drafted to eliminate Article XIII, which deals solely with regular changes the Board is already authorized to make without amending the bylaws, and to bring other sections into alignment with current practices.
